Recovery is part of the program

Results are built during training and supported between sessions. Recovery is not time away from the plan; it is part of the plan.

Protect your sleep window

A consistent bedtime and wake time can make training quality more predictable. Aim for a routine you can maintain rather than chasing a perfect night.

Fuel the work

Regular meals, adequate protein, hydration, and foods you tolerate well support training. Nutrition needs vary, so use individualized medical or dietary guidance when needed.

Adjust without quitting

A lower-energy day may call for lighter weight, fewer sets, or an easier walk. Adjusting the dose can preserve the habit without pretending every day feels the same.
