Consultation forms collect your name, email, phone number, preferred appointment time, coaching preference, and goals. Client accounts may store your display name, phone number, coaching focus, measurements, workout logs, check-ins, and private progress photos.

How it is used

Information is used to respond to requests, provide account features, support coaching, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. It is not sold.

Storage and access

Account progress data and photos are private to the signed-in client. Authorized service providers may process information needed to operate authentication, storage, and email delivery.
