The foundations of a stronger training week
The best training week is not the most punishing one. It is the one you can execute with focus, recover from, and repeat.
Start with repeatable movements
Build sessions around movements you can perform with control: a squat pattern, hinge, push, pull, carry, and purposeful core work. Choose variations that fit your current ability and equipment.
Progress one variable
Add a small amount of load, a repetition, or better control—not all three at once. Record what you did so the next session has a clear target.
Leave room to recover
Productive training should challenge you without making the next session impossible. Persistent pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms are reasons to stop and seek qualified medical guidance.
